Organized bullying, discrimination, health data privacy violation, giving misleading information to the court of justice and unjustified dismissal from work of a disabled emploee of the SUKL Prague (State Institue for Drug Control).

The then Director of  SUKL known for his shrewed 'butcher technique' (always smoothly harmonized by his devoted  Personal Chief Dr J) leaving SUKL
Prague with only few top quality experienced specialists, most of the fist class experts
having to leave for pharmaceutical companies freely or under a thread of a notice.

He is employed by the WHO HeadQuarters in Genf now.

And by pure chance, you can find his closest of friends (mistress? They used to be
busy co-working deep at night in the SUKL Director's Office) Dr Sabartova employed by
the same Department.

Naturally,  this is down to the excellent achievements and brilliant intelligence and,
last but not least perfect& fluent English (unlike this site webmasters' - who beg your forgiveness). Nothing
else is to blame here!!!! Be cautious to EVEN think of other alternatives or they will
sue you! And with the same logic as the czech-verdict.org case was assessed,  you will suffer a
devastating defeat in the Czech court of justice.

Quite a long time before they became 'technical officers', both of them, they were
well known for their shared opinion that WHO programmes maybe somewhat (perhaps if at
all:-) good for the third world countries somewhere in Africa at the best, certainly
not for the Czech Rep, where they both come from. And there were those opposing this misconception around them - well, not for too long:-/

For instance, Mr Capek tried to draw Dr Smid & his Aide's Dr Sabartova attention to the outstanding Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Programmes designed by the Uppsala Monitoring Center. Because the pricing and quality of these sophisticated programme package was unrivalled at that time (the 1990th) and he was in charge of the respective section/dept of SUKL he naturally insisted on purchaising the Uppsala WHO Monitoring Center Programmes (nowadays the excellent VigiFlow and the WHO-ART ).

And he was turned down repeatedly with growing arrogance by the then Director Mr Smid (now a technical officer at WHO:-) & Dr Sabatova: They explained that the programme may work for the undeveloped counties in Asia and Africa but from the point of SUKL they were substandard for the mature Czech conditions, the WHO-ART in particular insufficient comparing with  MedDRA . It should be added that Dr Smid&Sabartova were dazzled by the 'big boys' of the pharmaceutical industry and were busy  making  registration process as simple fast and riskfree as possible for them what was called 'harmonization & quality management' - leading to cancelling the advisory body of Ministry of Heath on Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety, the Commitee on Adverse Drug Reaction. And Mr Smid was quite proud of this achievement of him. But  we have to admit that there was rather a logical rationale to all these decisions of Mr Smid, and it is as simple as that:  it was the pahrmaceutical companies which paid  international conference participations through  the intrasparent Skarnitzl Foundation of during his rule (Smid, Justa).  Another example from a whole host of them showing Smid's SUKL contempt of WHO programmes or WHO itself is as follows.  In round 1996 another memeber of the close circle of Smid clan, Ms Dr Stolbova, was appointed head of the Czech WHO ADR  International Monitoring System. Ms Stolbova left SUKL for health grounds only a few years later. And Smid&Sabartova management have not had time enough since to drop a line by email notifying their WHO partners about the new situation. They did not care wheter WHO database is up to date or not. Too trivial an issue for them - the parters of the 'big boys' on the Stock Exchange - the almighty pharmaceutical companie.  And the story could go on and on and this web reader must have got fed up with the stuff by now and wbmstrs beg her/his forgiveness.

They must have changed their shared minus by now, mustn't they?

(This is a serious matter so do not be taken in, this is but kinda gossip, even if it may seem
so)

Things tend to repeat themselves and to blow a whistle is not enough sometimes.
UNFORTUNATELLY. And always pretty dangerous.
